Can these be found in Bangkok or maybe Pattaya?

Some years back I got couple of those at local Amorn shop in Phuket. I could imagine Pattaya and Bangkok shops have the same. 

The cost was something  like 100-200 baht per unit.

What are you planning to build? In hot and humid areas (Thailand) the process is very very ineffective.
