A female school teacher was shot dead and a school employee was wounded by a suspected militant riding on the pillion of a motorcycle in Mayo district of Pattani Friday morning.

The dead victim was identified as Ms Sunisa Boonyen, a non-formal education school teacher while the injured was identified as Mrs Chadaporn Teeseng.

The two victims, travelling in a car driven by Ms Sunisa, were on their way from the non-formal education office in Mayo district to Ban Trang to participate in an event to dye black clothes for the villagers.

After having arrived at a spot about 50 metres from the office, a motorcycle approached their car and the pillion rider fired six shots through the driver’s side windshield, killing Ms Sunisa behind the wheel while Mrs Chadaporn who sat next to her was injured.

I agree wholeheartedly.

They are terrorists.

Muslim terrorists.

They think themselves so very brave.

And their co-terrorists will have a party and the bastard will be fêted.

Another unbeliever dead.

Sorry, anger took over.

Article 44 isn't needed as in the North because Prayut never lifted martial law in the South.

As to what Prayut is doing to address the insurgency, his latest device is the Front Command Cabinet (TV google it) that is a mostly a rebranding of the failed Army  ISOC and its various "Win their Hearts and Minds Programs."

The whole world should get together and do away with all the Mosques in non Muslim countries, it may be drastic but these terrorists, and that's what they are, have to be stopped.

The whole world should take a leaf out of Japan's book........no mosques allowed........period....

The world cannot continue to allow the muslim people to harbor these terrorists, they need to know that there will be harsh consequences for doing so. The " peace loving muslims " know who the perpetrators are and have done nothing, making them accessories to the crimes.

Someone suggested removing all mosques in non-Muslim countries to defeat terrorism.  Why just the mosques? We'd be doing the world a favour by removing any trace of, or support for, any organised religion from all countries.
