I am looking for a reasonably priced, manual guillotine style paper cutter than can handle A1 sheets.

 

Preferably from a brick and mortar shop in Bangkok or the surrounding provinces. Does not have to do high volume, but should generate repeatable results.

 

Does anyone have any ideas on where to look?
