Morning Thai visa.

 

I am the sole custodian of my daughter who has the same passport as me, plus she has a Thai passport. She was born with in the kingdom. Can anyone please provide me with accurate information to what would be the consequences / repercussions if I was to return to my country of origin to start a new life. Holding the same passport as me and me being the sole custodian by order of the court I feel that I'm free to return to my home country un hindered.

Any accurate information will be gratefully received.

Since your daughter is a citizen of your home country there would be no problem for her to travel to and stay with you there.
