Would it be possible to get a fiancee visa for several different women over the next couple of years?

OR is this a crazy way to try to show a few Thai women the US and see how they like it here and if our lives match up for a possible longer term dual retirement location relationship?

Hmmmm, seems to me that this wouldn't work.  Would sure run up the cost, too, and lots of paperwork.

The K1 Visa allows up to a 90-day stay, then get married or depart.  But, if each fiancee' does, indeed, return to Thailand after their 90-day permit of stay in the U.S., doesn't seem to be against any rules that I can see.

At some point the USCIS and the Consulate are going to ask what you are doing.

Sixteen years ago when my wife and I were at the British embassy submitting her settlement application (everything was done at the embassy back then and most applicants were interviewed) a tearful young woman came out of an interview room clutching a piece of paper.

Seeing us, she came over and spoke to my wife.

The piece of paper was a refusal notice for a fiance visa, and she didn't understand it and wanted me, via my wife, to explain it to her.

Obviously I cannot remember the exact wording, but the gist was: "You have applied to settle in the UK as the fiance of Mr X; but have not explained what has happened to Miss Y to whom we issued a visa as the fiance of Mr. X 6 months ago!"

From her reaction it is certain that the poor woman knew nothing of Miss Y and her previous application!

I am sure that the US embassy keeps similar records and will ask the same question.

Put more bluntly than 7by7, your name would come up in a heart beat, and any visa application tied to it would be denied. If by chance a visa had already been approved, I'll bet my last dime it would be revoked and that person black listed and deported.

My thinking that if I am going to retire part time in USA and in Thailand it is important for a woman to come visit here first. BUt what if the first woman doesn't work out?  And they return to Thailand. I understand that you need to show much time spent together and everything to get a visa like this.

Some women can get a tourist visa but others will not be able to ...

Just tyinig to learn as much as I can...

However Trump may have changed visa approval rates.

I would think most men would tell a woman if he had a previous fiancee.   IT's to bad the World isn't a more open place?  OR should I say US?
