There would be no issue regards relatively minor criminal record from your teen years.

Sorry character concerns are things like criminal history, criminal associations - anything that could possibly show someone as not being of good character. Being religious would not be a character concern. To find a good agent use a registered agent go to the office of migration authority website and you will see all the registered agents

I used https://www.acacia-au.com/ for my skilled migrant visa. They were knowledgeable and did a good job.
