I just got  a Yellow Fever Vaccination Shot to travel to South-America. No Local Hospitals in the SiRacha Area carry this specific shot but I was able to find this service in the Laem Chabang port health department office.

 

cost was 700 THB, one shot. They can also provide you with a small yellow vaccination book to keep as proof if you get questioned by Immigration coming back to Thailand from specific affected countries.

 

small office is located in the same building as the Immigration police office serving the Port Authority. Google map GPS -- 13.076369, 100.906352.

The Yellow Fever Vaccination can be done at Bangkok Pattaya Hosptial now as well as Laem Chebang.

You can also get the shot at the Health Department Desk located just before immigration in arrivals at Suvarnabhumi Airport. It took maybe ten minutes , very friendly and efficient. Handy for anyone inbound who needs the shot and thinks ahead.

If you have a chance, make sure you visit Brazil, and Venezuela, the girls are hotter then Thai's.

The topic is about where to obtain a yellow fever vaccine in Thailand, for those travelling to countries where this is required.

I went to the Laem Chabang Port health department office this morning. Directions are exactly as OP.

 

Unfortunately, the Dr. that gives the Yellow Fever vaccination is on holiday and won't be back until 16th August. 

 

In the mean time, the good news is that there is an alternative place in Pattaya that will provide YF vaccinations until the end of this month. It is located a few sois behind Big C Extra along Soi Yume.
