Should be law that seats and in fact all internal materials, wall coverings, framework are inflammable. Surely not difficult. -

Bangkok Streets to Undergo Significant Improvements
Overall I’d agree.. but.. as far as improving the sidewalks/footpaths go- I have to give credit where it’s due and earned.. As others have noted, there HAS been a notable improvement in some areas … yea, that’s “some” and not “all”.. but given the size and scope of the city and the sheer amount of footpath that needs to be addressed - that’s going to take time, but as far what’s been done so far- they get a solid score from me. -

Hell NO … when my kids from my first marriage went to university I sold their beds and changed the door locks. When I married my present wife … who is a Thai … she was 48 and I was 57, neither of us had any desire to have any more children …… that was twenty two years ago and our opinions haven’t changed …. Don’t do it …. -

From what I saw I do believe the rumors about the Haitians eating dogs and cats. I wish they would come to Thailand and eat some of the miserable soi dogs. They would have a feast.- 1

Any US Social security recipients out there doing direct deposits?
Charlie, I too saw a large deduction when I had the SSA direct deposit to my K bank account. Every month I would lose close to $60 USD. This, as I traced the flow…was due to the SSA using banks in the USA to complete the transfer. THEY are the ones skimming the USD before it hits your K bank account. I subsequently switched from that method to my own transfer using WISE. I save roughly $40 USD per month cutting out the middle bank fruadsters! Cheers! -

Thailand's Cashless Leap: Ahead of the Asean Pack by 2028
I don’t think Thailand’s leading the way to a cashless society. I still have to sign my name at some supermarkets when paying by credit card, and Bangkok’s still full of ATM machines, including some fancy looking new ones. Australia’s far ahead. Thought I’d buy an ice cream at the little kiosk staffed by a couple of kids at Coogee beach, and was happy I had some cash in small notes, as they surely wouldn’t take plastic. To my astonishment, they would only take plastic, which I fortunately had, as I wasn’t swimming, just on a long walk. But when I do swim at a beach anywhere in the world, I never have plastic or my phone with me, as having those stolen while I was in the water would be a catastrophe, but losing $10 or $20 in cash is trivial. -
