Cymbalta requires a prescription. In Thailand, most prescription-only drugs are found only in hospitals, where you have to first consult a doctor on staff to get it prescribed. Very few pharmacies in Thailand will fill prescriptions, it is not like in the west. Where there are exceptions, is in large pharmacies located close to large government hospitals.

As it is imported, it will be costly.

I suggest you try a psychiatrist at St Louis Hospital on Sathorn, it is a non-profit hospital so doesn,t  mark up their meds as much as the for-profit places do, and a doctor consultation will usually be around 500-700 baht.

You will have to consult a psychiatrist at a hospital to get it prescribed and then fill the script at the hospital pharmacy.
