I only use skype to phone my partner,i have very few e.mails and no msm.I have made 100,s of phone calls over the past few years but how can I prove I,ve been in contact every week .

Perhaps it's not accepted as documentation in a visa application, but technically you could print out the logfile from the Skype software.

There is a typing chat option on skype. You have an option to save chat history.

Right click on the persons name, then view chat history. If you had that option selected, it will show you the typing and dates.

Hi i used one of the many phone company's off the internet which was able to provide me with a statement of the calls and duration that i contacted my girlfriend (now wife).

It wasn't the cheapest company, some can be as cheap as 1p per min, but it did give me the evidence we needed.
