I got some lower dentures (4 teeth) made at St Louis Hospital a couple years ago ,

 

But some how I lost them   ,

 

So is there a better place price wise to get a new set made ?

I doubt they keep the molds so going to St Louis is no needed if there is a better place,

But St Louis did a good job so going back is OK

 

and some place that can do them in a few days ,

St. Louis is a not for profit hospital so expect you are not likely to find a much better price and if you were happy with service/product would advise going again.  Hospitals are generally not more expensive than qualified stand-alone dental facilities.
