I need to email pattaya police as i am in australia , does any one now what it is ? All i have found is in thai .

 

I had much better luck finding individual officers on facebook and contacting them directly. 

You have to do some searching but it's pretty easy 99% of every officer's photos show them in uniform. Start with Officer Winai.

       I wanted to reort my condo being broken into and my tv stolen .

i thought since i am not in thailand it would be easier for them and me to do it on email . 

The annoying thing is that the condo maintenance man helped them break in with the dumbest of reasons from total strangers and then left them alone in my condo .

they told him i have a heart problem and i might be dead in the condo , BS , obviously i was not in there and the fool did not tell his boss , the juristic person at the condo office . 

It might not be possibe to make an official report via email or by phone as proof of the person making the report (via passport in hand and personal visit) is nomally needed for the validity of his/her report. Maybe an official Power of Attorney document might allow someone to make the report for you but he/she would need copy of your passport and know all relevant facts.

I would claim off the insurance held by the condominium, the maintenance guy should have contacted the JP or a senior manager for authorisation, they in turn should have checked and noted the ID of the person wanting access.

 

As for emailing the police I think you are wasting your time, in your absence the JP should have reported it to the police and supplied them with relevant CCTV footage, if you are not getting anywhere the JP try the chair of the condominiums management committee or other committee members to raise it at the next management meeting.
