Some friends have arrived in Thailand on a 60 day SETV.  Can they apply for a re-entry permit to spend 3 days in Singapore. They do not need more than 60 days from the original date of arrival here.

Yes they can get a re-entry to keep the remainder of their 60 day entry valid when they enter the country.
