Need Short Stay Apartment Near Town

Can anyone recommend a short stay apartment either in the Old Town or near the Night Bazaar (or in between)? We have abudget of around $30 US per day and it appears that all the old standbys we've used in the past (Pornping, Star Inn) are full for early January. Will also entertain staying in a nice guesthouse if anyone cares to recommend one.
