You're getting 25k a month on 3 a million outlay in a fairly quite area ? And only 49 square meters.
Is that a typo or is that a12. 5k each

Sri Racha is surprisingly expensive for condo accommodation. Possibly because of the relatively large number of Japanese expats living there.

 

From the pictures it looks like a 49sqm one-bedroom condo, so by modern standards the rooms are fairly large compared to some layouts one can find.
