Are you asking if it is ok to rape someone who previously promised you sex?

It does not matter what is said or promised, the the woman says no, then that is it.

I imagine it would be the same with homosexuals.

The OP mentioned that his boyfriend will be here in 2 weeks, to beat up the sadistic katoey and Jew and rescue him from their clutches. But first the boyfriend has to muster up some courage, create a buff body in the gym, and learn some muay thai.

Where did he say the BF was a Jew, contray to what they try to make you believe not all Israelis are Jews, of course the zionist are trying to push out the non jews who are Israeli citizens almost like an aparttheid type deal, but the fact remains not all Israelis are Jews, for the time being at least

I would think there are a few crimes

1) false imprusonment

2) adminstering of drugs

3) assault

4) sexual assault / rape

But no real clear idea on Thai law, and would The BIB be interested? Whst would be in it for them?

Wow. Where did that come from? Maybe you're annoyed that I indicated that I find your entire "story" something that requires quotes to indicate it's apparent incredibility.

But still, I appreciate that you bring up the question of rape laws in Thailand as it pertains to male victims.

I would think you would be a good person to help the OP with your experience and knowledge of Thailand

You asked a question about the police and male rape plenty have answered your question. However what is the point as you have stated over and over again you will not contact or go to the police so please explain what you intend to do. You say your partner is travelling over from UK. Are you sure he will have the necessary money which you owe also are you putting him in danger of being placed in the same predicament your in. Use your head call police or give someone the name of the place you are being held so they can call police and do it quickly.

Why is the OP afraid and to go to the police? Do his abusers have something on him?

They have my passport, they have my card. They have something else I cannot discuss. Too many questions on this forum. What do you think a man high on drugs will do

That forum is open for you to post to. Who's stopping you?

On the question of men being raped by men in Thailand, probably I live a sheltered life and have not encountered this situation or others in that situation. Which is why, like you apparently, I'm curious about the laws here.

My impression about anything with the police here in Thailand is that being a foreigner is the bigger issue, and any contact with the police is to avoided if you can at all help it.

Based on your self confessed personal issues, I seriously doubt you would be given much respect reporting a rape crime to police. Harsh, but true, rape victims are often treated as suspects themselves.

I did have a close call in the U.S. when I was 19 but it didn't get far enough for it to be a legal issue.
