An enterprising "recycling" Thai.....(if there is such an individual)......should put on a hard hat, wear a dayglow jacket, get himself some side cutters.....then have a field day with the defunct cables.....,,, (just by ,finding any unconnected ends)

I saw some overhead cables at a set of traffic lights today that I swear were bundled together with a curtain sash!!
