Ai it is just myths to much drugs, show, and they just mostly acted like idiots, both their lyrics mirrors what they felt, thoughts and also rebelled against the set society. I listened to Kiss, Black Sabbath, Deep Purple, ACDC, Led Zeppelin, Nazareth, Rainbow at that time, but at 12 I became Pink Floyd fan, and started to explore a bit more. Trouble sleeping, solutions?
Be careful, as the pills I see in Thailand are sometimes 50mg. That's Way too strong. Even 25mg is strong. I recommend you cut them into pieces and try 10-15mg first. It should work and you will be much less groggy in the morning. Try to use them only a few times a week. alternating days to avoid building up a tolerance. -

Can no longer renew driving licence to 5 years, now 2 years only
But if your visa is valid less than 1 year..the clue is there...marriage, work and retirement visas/extensions are valid for 1 year...not less than..nothing has changed, same.same as always 👍
