Thai gov. to tax (remitted) income from abroad for tax residents starting 2024 - Part II
Yeah, but wouldn't you like to know why the BP would report something not in conjunction with TRD code? Particularly since -- at least to me -- it makes more sense that their: "must file when taxes are due" makes more sense than the TRD code requiring null tax returns......... Anyway, fat chance we'll ever know why BP reported as they did. So, let's give it a rest. -

Started walking for exercise, but.....
I'm sure you know this already, but checking with an Orthopaedic Dr is by far the best way to evaluate your knee issues. Years of impact sport have taken their toll, I thought I was getting away with it as I entered late 40's... but no, within the past 18 months I've had arthroscopic surgery on both knees to repair, or rather trim back a torn meniscus (on both knees) - they've basically worn out already ! You'll likely undertake an MRI to evaluate the issue & depending on what needs to be done you may have simple Arthroscopic surgery - recover is fast and the surgery itself is less risky than conventional surgery which utilises a general anaesthetic. -

Will Trump’s Economic Policies Lead to Far Reaching Stagflation?
It really does look like Trump won't be worried about inflation, and that will be a big problem for a lot of people who already can't make ends meet. Tax cuts and tariffs may well equal more money printing and more inflation. Perhaps a recession will damper some of the inflation? And AI will, over time, make for cheaper products. I think people will just have to wait and see what happens. Don't forget the bond market vigilantes. -

The Pelicot Rape
When she woke up in the morning, her genitalia must have sticky and congealed, or otherwise leaking lubricant. I have read the French don’t like to use condoms, I guess sticky and congealed applies. More so, if multiple participants. Possibly, her husband cleaned her up. She should have been sore too, unless she lubricated subconsciously. Was this raw topic brought up and explained away at trial? When she woke up in the morning after being sedated for 12 hours, she surely had some sense of being drugged. I sometime take a mild sleeping tablet, and the sleepy effects continue on waking up for a few hours thereafter. Possibly, there are medical grade drugs that eliminate such consequences. On top of this, would there not some sort of addiction such that she cannot now sleep without similar medication. I wonder if she continues with some sort of strong sleep medication, now medically prescribed to cover this condition. Was this topic brought up and explained away at trial? Last, and least, how did a women of her age (72), manage to go for 12 hours without a pee? -

I'm confused - Using a Visa Agent
Some years back a Phuket based passport holder using a BKK agent got a 12 month extension from the immigration of Ayutthaya. All three 90 day reports were done in person at Phuket immigration and went on without a hitch. When the time came to extend to 12 more months, this time completely legit, Phuket immigration informed them that they couldn't accept the application as they'd been issued a warning from headquarters to not continue any extension that was previously issued by the immigrations of Pattaya and Ayutthaya. And that they had to leave the country and start the process all over again. Which was what finally happened. End of story. -
