Many TV members have been treated in Bangkok for thyroid problems.

Adrenal problems on the other hand are very rare. Be wary of internet claims about "adreanl fatigue" and the like. Not legitimate medical conditions.

If by "natural thyroid hormone" you mean thyroid extract, you can buy it in pharmacies in Thailand. However you should be aware that it is derived from animal thyroid glands (cows or pigs) and its balance of T3:T4 is not physiologic for humans; it has way too much T3.  In addition, the potency is not constant from one pill to another.

In any case, the human body converts T4 to T3 hence hypothyroidism is normally treated only with T4 (levothyroxine), letting the body's own natural mechnisms convert the amount of T3 needed.

There is a commercial prepartion of thyroid extract sold in the West (Armour) which is aggressively marketed on the internet. Be aware that most of the claims made are not true, and that there is a financial motive behind them.

See https://www.quackwatch.org/01QuackeryRelatedTopics/armour.html

The symptoms of hypothyroid are very non-specific and apply to a wide range of problems, both physical and psychological; hence it is impossible to diagnose symptomatically. If you have not already you should get a full thyroid panel done

My understanding is that iodine (potassium iodide) and magnesium are extremely important for both the heart & thyroid. Selenium is also mentioned a lot. I have a slight heart problem and have done a lot of research into both supplements and take both + selenium. I am not a health professional so do your own research, but here is some reading...
