Does anyone know of any shops in pattaya able to undertake such works?

I am looking to raise a platform in my living room to replicate suite room you see in Venetian Hotel in Macau.

Reminds me of the Seinfeld episode with Kramer building "levels" in his room. Sound like you'd run into all kinds of problems, like having to raise power outlets, ceiling is now lower,  doors unable to open inwards etc. Suspended floor would also be noisier. Or are you just talking about putting the bed on a platform?

Just a section of the room to create some privacy. You are right about power outlet.
