UPS Uk to Thailand

Featured Replies

Has anyone used UPS lately for delivery of car parts to Thailand?

What was time of delivery etc?

I would wager that any sizeable or relatively expensive car part may attract unwanted Thailand Customs attention since all courier shipments are more strictly monitored. Depending on the size and value, you may consider Post Office International Tracked as that will come with regular EMS tracking and you can keep tabs on it. If worth the risk, it can be sent 'untracked' which will be cheap but not recommended if your local post delivery has a history of misplacing stuff, especially packages.

My experience with a small package of used car parts last month 'tracked' was great. Posted in UK on Friday afternoon (prepaid online so they just needed to drop package at the designated Post Office) and it turned up in my Pattaya PO Box the following Wednesday; no hassles.

Probably 3 packages about 2 kilo each. Supplier is very keen on UPS . I would prefer RM tracked and signed.

Each package about 200 sterling.
