Cleaning company / person recommendation?

Moving out of my condo by the end of the month. Had a meeting with the real estate agent & the owner agreed on Monday, today got a call - the owner is in the building and want to meet...

As you can imagine with the big cleaning planned on the weekend the room was far from spotless today. Now he wants me to get "professional" cleaning ... even though we got the condo dirty as sh*t and spent two days cleaning it - unfortunately only pics were sent via Line to the real estate agent (who quit the job) from my old phone = lost.

Anyway, can someone recommend cleaning service or a person? English not necessary as my gf is a Thai.

And how much approx should we expect to pay?

- 4 years old condo

- central Bangkok (Asok)

- 45sq m2

- wooden floors

- bathroom's walls from glass
