Any low income ex pat Canadians out there? I need trouble with my income tax filling, hard to find info on the net. Is it true I have to pay a 25% non refundable holding tax on my pension income, no matter how low it is. Hey I'm not a rich guy, I thought that 25% was just for rich folks, which meant they would pay less tax. For me I will end up paying considerably more.
