Hi all, what are the advised supporting documents to send as a sponsor for Mother in Law visiting from Thailand applying for visit visa, any recommendations welcomed

Just done another one for my mother in law, it really is pretty straight forward. What I submitted was the following documents which where all accepted without and problem and visa issued.

 

Sponsor letter (Try and not make it too long)

Copy of mine and my wife's passport

Bank Statement (I just printed it off from the web and was accepted without any problem)

Our house is rented so I included a copy of the rental contract.

 

That was about all.

 

My mother in law just added

printed application form

copy of her house book

copy of her ID card
