Police link fatal Narathiwat shooting to 21 other attacks

AMSTERDAM (Reuters) - The Dutch military has been "gravely neglected" under Prime Minister Mark Rutte's government and even if spending is increased, it will not be in a state of "basic readiness" until 2021 at the earliest, a key government adviser said on Friday.

Police are looking for illegal hunters using hawks in the hunt

KOH TA: -- Divers searching for the missing Russian free diver have found two pieces of what were believed to be human flesh, a diver’s mask and a green tank top under the sea about 400 metres from the coast of Ao Chaloke Ban Gao on Koh Tao.

Insurance premium cut for vehicles with dashboard cams in the pipeline

The Insurance Commission has asked insurance operators to cut costs of coverage for car owners who use dashboard cameras in their vehicles by 5-10 per cent. The commission says the cameras are deemed a useful tool that potentially promotes safer journeys and more disciplined driver behaviour. The condition for premium cut is that the camera must be attached to the car from the beginning and until the end of the insurance contract.
