This is a longshot, but I'm getting desperate.  I brought a Zoomtak H8 Android Box from the US and can't get it to work most of the time.  I can access Youtube, and occasionally TV programs, but most of the time only Youtube.  I have no idea why I can access TV programs one day and then not again for a week.  I've done the factory reset, update and add-on updates many times, it still doesn't work.

 

Is there something about this box that isn't compatible with Thailand?  Did I make a mistake in buying a box with a lot of factory installed add-ons that I can't seem to delete?  Can anyone point me to a good on-line support page for this problem?  I've wasted a lot of time on the Zoomtak support pages, they are useless.
