Can't help you re hourly or daily classes - all you can learn in that sort of format is simple relaxation exercises.  But if you want to learn serious medication for real stress relief, and are willing to undergo a 10 day retreat (the minimal time required to learn it) , courses in Udon here https://www.dhamma.org/en/schedules/schpuneti

thankyou but on this trip i do not have the time,  i will however undergo the 10 day retreat for sure next time i plan on a longer stay.

i do worry that i would not have the patience to stay in a retreat for 10 days plus even get to sleep at night without a beer

thanks,    what exactly do you do ?

I teach meditation in Phuket, for free. I have a Facebook group called Phuket Yoga Meditation.

The same courses are given worldwide so wherever it is you go back to, c an probably take one there

Just click on applicable region and country  https://www.dhamma.org/en-US/locations/directory

As to being able to stay, forego beer etc.....it is a matter of simply making up your find, firmly, that you will do so. (If you are truly unable to go 10 days without beer, your problems go further than just stress, BTW).    You'll be surrounded by others managing to do it and that helps.  I remember when I took my first course, there was a nun in her late 80's with severe arthritis among the other students, they had to help her in and out of the meditation hall. Whenever I started to feel it was difficult, I would just think of her and that if she could do it, so could I... we both made it through the course, as did 100+ other students in it

It's not necessary to do a retreat. There's nothing wrong with it though if that's your inclination.
