Wife's Daughter

Can any one help?

My wife to be in February is asking how hard it is and what we need to apply for a visa for her daughter to come and live in England. She came over in October and as i say we are getting married in February. We will not be going back to Thailand until July or there abouts and my wife (to be) is asking question's.

Any chance someone can point me in the right direction. I have had a look for a form and dont know which one to go for. Also i have tried to find a checklist as to what is required but with no success.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If her daughter is under 18, if she has full sole custody granted by an Ampur or a court (or the father's death certificate) and if you can support and suitably accommodate the child without recourse to public funds then the process will be relatively simple.
