Seems about normal for Phuket. Bestt of luck finding a cheaper price.

Those prices are about right for "professional" shops - especially those with a web presence. 

On the other hand, the going rate for 125cc bikes from the guys along the beachfront in Patong, and some guest houses is closer to 200 baht/day.
