Looking for a heart specialist for my 13y old daughter. When she was born, she was diagnosed with a hole in one of her heart arteries, doctors said it might close by itself. It did not and when she was 2y old, she received a stent. Due to lack of money, this was never followed up for her.

Therefore looking for a heart specialist for children, somewhere between  Rayong and BKK, who would check whether everything is still ok. Mother is afraid of every single exercise her daughter has to do in school (or with me like playing badminton), therefore check really required.

Help with doctors names and / or hospitals for children appreciated very much

Assuming your daughter feels well and shows no sign of shortness of breath on exertiom,  your wife's concern is almost certainly unfounded and could do some psychological damage so worth spending a bot to have private consultation with a doctor who can spend time explaining to her.

However before going, you need to get records.  It sounds like your daughter has what is called patent ductus arteriosus. This is not exactly  a hole. Rather, a blood vessel called the ducus arteriosus present in fetuses that connects the aorta to the pulmonart artery which normally closes of at birth, fails to do so. However, this is not treated by stenting -- and a stent placed in a 2 year old would need replacement long, long before age 13. So the history is a bit unclear. There are types of coils and other devices that  are inserted into a patent ductus in order to occlude it (quite the opposite of what a stent dose), perhaps this is what you refer to?

The doctor you consult will certainly need to have the actual diagnosis and clear description of the procedure that was done in order to be able to give any advice,.

If there was an atrial or ventriuclar spetal defect
