Have been trying to get Thai Immigration server for over a week.  Note:  No back end server available.  Is it the site down again?

  • Could you imagine if we could do our extension of stay the same way.  Not trying to look a gift horse in the mouth.  I sincerely hope the 90 day online keeps working.  But, wouldn't  it be great?

  • Yep I just got in very easily today and did 90 days online---had reply of acceptance within 20 mins by email. I use Jomtien and that desk is very efficient. I used Explorer today, but have used F

It was not a matter of selecting the browser. It is because immigration's servers were setup before other browsers were commonly used.

Steam driven by the way they perform!

Sorry, did they shut down the side again?

Failure of Web Server bridge:

No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent.

  • 5 weeks later...

The site was up and running last weekend. I submitted my notification on Monday 31st July at 07:30 (15 days before the due date). The notification is currently displayed as "Pending".

Yes

You can do your reports of staying longer than 90 consecutive days in the country online if you have any visa/entry or extension of stay that allows you to stay that long.

Best to try again. Sometimes that message comes up if the system cannot access the a database where the records are stored.

My on-line report status was still returning "pending" 90 days later. Not to be beaten I tried again on Monday last. Within 30 minutes I had a response:

Did you cancel the report that was pending? That could cause problems if you didn't.

I think others have reported getting a not approved notice not rejected.

No, I did not cancel the previous "pending" report. I was not aware that that was feasible.

Anyway, I resubmitted it this morning (in case I'd submitted it too early - 30th October for a 14th November report date) and it is now showing "pending".

It is possible to cancel a pending report. It is the last selection on the page you go to after accepting the terms.

You were a day early. I assume the office rejected it as soon as they received it.

At least it proved that there is actually someone at the receiving end!

Or does it?

Page 1 of the online form is now missing the "CAPTCHA" password,

I just checked and it is same for me. It is not the first that has happened.

All you can do is try later to see if it is working correctly.

One hour after UbonJoe's post, I just checked and the Captcha is broken again.

Seems the online service will never be functioning. Frustrating. This is Thailand.

I just went on the site and it is working.

Many have been able to do their reports using it.

Give up, People! Online 90 day is a myth. This is THAILAND! Government understanding of I.T. is apparently at junior school level.

I have tried 20 times from Chiang Rai. Wasted time. A great many more have failed to access it,

from reading responses here. TWO YEARS- and it still is NOT working for the majority.

This site may harm your computer.
Notification of staying in the Kingdom over 90 days. Procedure and notification.

This minute I went here-- https://extranet.immigration.go.th/fn90online/online/tm47/TM47Action.do;jsessionid=RMvsB5pO1MqyWqY3NOHuQ7bV03l9gF9PM-T8WYi1_wiZ0q723VxG!805998454

And for the first time EVER, the request page came up!

But as I did my 90day at immigration YESTERDAY it can't try it out. How ironic!
