DTAC Late payment

Featured Replies

Sorry Guys, this may have been answered before..... Payment to my DTAC phone was delayed when i was away, they cut the outgoing calls for 2 months......I have returned, i called them to ask about settling bill. Can they still charge me for the two months when the phones out going calls were suspended? Many thanks for any answers.

if you wish to carry on with dtac service  they will expect payment to resume    did you inform them of your plans ??   if not its a case of one dept not being connected to another  hence the bill the easiest way is to pay and resume but not the cheapest   if it suits just connect with another provider  and thats the last you will hear from dtac   this inter office  lack of communication  is done on purpose  as half the people in this situation will pay up
