There are few category of Non Immigrant Visa apart form normal transit visa, tourist and arriving visa, To apply for work permit, one need Non immigrant Visa, Are any one of the Non immigrant Valid accapted for work permit application OR only The Non B Immigrant Visa entitled for consideration toward work permit application. If so, why is other Non b Visa not acceptable for consideration of Work Permit. Are this unacceptability comfine to inmterpretation and defination of law or Act ( if any). If not why are these Non immigrant Visa are not acceptable for work permit application and has to be chnaged to Non B. Likewise, there is no  such practise that the Non Immigrant Visa can be changed to Non B Visa.
