Best Way To Get To The Airport Novotel From International Arrivals

Featured Replies

We are arriving at 22:50 on New Years day and are flying out to Hat Yai at 06:55 first thing in the morning on the 2nd. We decided to stay at the airport hotel to get some sleep for a few hours. Can someone give walking directions from international arrivals to the Novotel or is it best to find and wait for the shuttle?

Can't wait to get back to Thailand. :o

When you get out of customs, you should see a rep from the Novotel with a board. If not go direct to exit door number 5 where yoiu will see a fleet of Novotel van shuttle to bring you to the hotel in 5 minutes.

Check-in can be very hectic at that time (crowded) same in the morning. I suggest you pay all expenses upon check-in so that (ifyou do not use the phone, room service or the mini bar) you can by-pass check-out.

If you have a room on the executive floor, there is a separate check-in/check-out desk in the busines center located the other side of the elevators on the same floor as the main entrance and the 'normal' check-in
