Sexy Thigh Boots For a western Woman

Anyone know where i could find, or start to look for some sexy leather or PVC thigh boots to fit a western woman. We've had trouble with buying online due to size fitment issues and would really like to try them on before we buy..

Any suggestions on where to look would be much appreciated..

Alas, no.  I will have to think to look around the clothing-market areas (my feet are not the smallest so this would also be useful information for me).
