Can anyone tell me the best way to present visa documents to VFS. I am applying for a 5 year uk visa for my wife. Should they be loose for scanning etc or in a ring binder. Sorry if this is a stupid question but interested to know.

Cheers

Having looked at your previous topic, I see that she, not you, will be applying for a 5 year visit visa; but if you start a new topic it would help others were you to make that clear.

Applicants I have sponsored supplied the supporting documents loose in a folder; which is what my step son and his wife will do when they apply shortly. Anecdotal evidence suggests that if they are in a binder VFS staff remove them from the binder before forwarding them.

BTW, supporting documents for visit applications are not yet scanned, but forwarded with the signed hard copy of the application form to the visa section at the embassy as visit applications are still dealt with in post.
