Please stop mentioning Obama. It's depressing to the normal Americans that appreciated having a civilized, articulate, coherent, adult, and mentally stable president. Now we're living in a NIGHTMARE time.

Do you perhaps need some counseling JT.

And after the elections, chaos ensued. Police were injured, stores looted.

Yes, after the elections there were massive demonstrations, some of the biggest ever in the history of the country. Some of these demonstrations turned briefly violent, because that's what happens when millions of angry people come on to the streets. What's your point? Are you saying that just because there was violence, criticism of Trump is therefore invalid?

Did you stop to think why so many were so angry?

A misogynistic, race-baiting, white supremacist Islamophobic unqualified shameless liar and his homophobic, woman-suppressing, Christian Taliban running mate had been elected by a racially anxious white majority on the basis of promises such as:

Ban all Muslims from USA no criteria other than their religion.

Appointment of a SCOTUS who would overturn Women's right to choose.

To repeal affordable healthcare laws with vague, off hand promises to offer "something great"

Cut taxes for the wealthy at the expense of the poor.

Build a wall and force the friendly neighbor to pay for it.

If that doesn't make you angry, you're a Trump supporter. It made many other rightfully angry. Does that entitle them to violence? Of course not. Are liberals condoning the violence? They are decidedly not.

What is your reason for bring that up other than to use it to discredit all reasonable opposition to Trump?

The vast majority of protesters were non violent. Their protests were a legitimate exercise of their democratic rights. We all denounce violent protesters. Only fascists denounce all anti-Trump protesters.

Did any of Trump's Republican rivals know of Trump's bottomless pit of corruption when they were debating him?

They were either too uninformed (not surprising for Republicans) or too scared (of Trump's wrath) to hang out dirty laundry on Trump.  If they knew, and weren't cowards, they should have spoken up for the good of the country they purport to care about (the USA, not Russia, btw).

HRC made a few mentions, but she had to be careful not to appear to get into a mud wrestling fight with a man who loves mud.

Methinks Kasich will run again in 2020.  If so, he should do a lot better than he did in 2016, when he came in 3rd, behind Trump and Cruz.  No matter how you look at it, the Republican Party is surely bereft of halfway decent leadership material.

Look on the bright side.  For years you all blamed George W. Bush for all your problems.  Now you get to blame Donald Trump!

You're just trying to be witty, by judging the photo.  The photo is an incidental 'grab' from the video.  Watch the video, if you dare.   That's where the meat is.

Yet, it is interesting that the casino, called Taj Mahal, uses Russian onion tops, multi-colored/bejeweled - when India's Taj Mahal is all white and doesn't have any onion topped towers or jewels glittering.

Then there's the great black blues singer, Taj Mahal .....but that's a whole other tangent to go strolling down.

I know it is a little early for poll projections but Kasich is creaming Donald in the New Hampshire poll. It would be hilarious if Kasich won the Republican Nomination in 2020 against the current man-child "POTUS". The ultimate smack down.

NH Poll: Kasich leads Trump among likely GOP primary voters

http://thehill.com/homenews/campaign/345687-new-hampshire-poll-kasich-leads-trump-among-likely-gop-primary-voters

'An American Research Group poll found that if the New Hampshire Republican presidential primary were held today, Kasich would get 52 percent support, compared to Trump who would receive just 40 percent.'

You and I don't agree.  I think Cenk and the other 'Young Turks' are right on target.

Yes, they and I (and tens of millions of other Americans) were bummed, the night Trump won the electoral college votes.   It's interesting that, among a group of talk show panelists, months before the election, every one (liberals and conservatives alike) was sure HRC was going to win, .....except Cenk.  He was the only one in the group who thought Trump would win.   He didn't say it hopefully, but instead based it on his laser-like insight re; political trends.

Note, TYT are spearheading a nationwide political movement called 'Justice Democrats.'   They're gaining momentum.  Already, several congresspeople have quit their Dem affiliation to join.   Not surprisingly, they're left of left.   You could equate them with a liberal version of 'The Tea Party' who are right of right.   One thing Trump is good at:  polarizing people.    The day after the inauguration, the largest protest in world history took place.  There was even a faction in Antarctica which joined in.  Trump is inspiring tens of millions of people to study the intricacies of politics and how government works, because those people are seriously concerned that Trump will do all he can to shred the Constitution, shut down the press corps, and generally degrade the USA.   Stay tuned.

Yawn.

The tired, hackneyed, fallacious gibberish the clueless Trumpeteers continue to embarrass themselves with.

No poll ever said that. It was the TV analysts.

Polls don't do probability.

Polls always had Trump and Hillary close and within a Margin of Error in Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, Florida, New Hampshire etc...

No wonder it was so easy for the inept one to con you.

Give it up with that worn out tripe.

it's called the truth.  The swing state polls showed Hillary would win.  They were cooked and Trump won.

Trump winning was without a doubt the best political event in my lifetime.

He won those by tiny margins. Polls have margins of error. Given how he won he is correctly seen as not entirely legitimate. He knows that better than anyone. That's why he's obsessed with promoting the fiction of millions of illegal votes for the popular vote winner.

Can you just stop playing this tired game about polls? You're not fooling anyone. If there was a positive for trump poll you wouldn't say that was wrong because of the election.

Still just making stuff up?

"They were cooked and Trump won."

Regardless of your baseless assertions, here's what the Data Polls said.

(Apparently, it didn't sink in before.)

Oh, and by the way, are you aware that:

The White House is under criminal investigation for obstruction of justice, collusion, fraud, racketeering, money laundering and espionage.

By:

The House Intelligence Committee

The Senate Intelligence Committee

The Senate Judiciary Committee

The House Oversight Committee

And Special Counsel Mueller.

And the now convened Grand Juries in Washington D.C and W. Virginia.

(Who have already issued subpoenas)

And:

The occupier of the White House' son, along with a Senior White House adviser to his father and a Russian connected Trump campaign director,

had a clandestine meeting with agents from a hostile foreign adversary.

Russia.?

Richard Spencer in his element:

'Alt-right' founder leads 'Hail Trump' salute for president-elect

"Richard Spencer, leader of the so-called "alt-right" movement, has been caught on film
leading a white nationalist crowd in salutes of "Hail Trump!"
"The speech was given at the National Policy Institute, a federal building."

"Breitbart News described Spencer's website AlternativeRight.com as "a center of alt-right thought."

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Richard_B._Spencer

That would be when Steve Bannon was in charge of Breitbart.

Informed people may know who he is.

For those who don't, he is the Key Adviser to the occupier of the White House..

I originally brought up the subject of violent protests to counter the assumption that Trump supporters were gun toting fanatics.

Yes, the far right was angry because they couldn't handle the election results. Many of them young who are brought up in such a way that they can't handle defeat. In College and High Schools counseling was offered to the traumatized students. The Democrats were laying on the ground crying like babies after the election results. The lunacy of it all is beyond words.

There was never a ban on all Muslims entering the US. Another lie. A ban for "people" entering from certain countries...yes.

Women's right to choose would have been an issue no matter which Republican became president.

Cut taxes for the wealthy....another lie. Cut taxes for businesses which some happen to be owned by the wealthy. Remember who pays a large percentage of taxes. Do you think the poor and middle class could handle the tax burden alone? Of course not.

The "Wall" thing was just a propaganda tool. Anyone with any common sense would recognize that.

If such protests had taken place when Obama took office...What would have happened? That would have been racist, all the protestors would have been condemned by the Liberal media. But it's the radical left who is unhappy so we let it go on (Protests, burning, looting, Police assaults) Why? because they're unhappy, they can't accept defeat.

The folks you call Trump supporters aren't necessarily on board with all his antics, but we recognize the fact that he is better than "Crooked Hillary"

The Democrats are going to have a full out war with any Republican who fills the seat of POTUS.

The inept buffoon on "vacation", sits watching "Fox and Friends" as they leak classified information.

What's his response?

Trump retweets Fox News story containing classified info

"President Donald Trump's retweet of a Fox News story claiming US satellites detected North Korea moving anti-ship cruise missiles to a patrol boat is raising eyebrows on Tuesday after US Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley indicated that the information in the report is classified and was leaked."

"I can't talk about anything that's classified and if that's in the newspaper that's a shame," Haley said Tuesday on "Fox and Friends"

"Pushed on whether the information was leaked, Haley said "it's one of those things I don't know what's going on. I will tell you it's incredibly dangerous when things get out into the press like that."

http://edition.cnn.com/2017/08/08/politics/trump-retweet-fox-news-north-korea-story-haley/index.html

What a fool. This idiot has got to go.

This may be the final nail in the coffin.

Why on earth are you constantly rehashing the same points from the past, some are which are untrue. e.g. the majority of violent protesters were anarchists, not Obama supporters. Why do you think the Courts knocked back Trump's attempts at Muslim travel bans, the reason was his campaign rhetoric to ban all Muslims. Moving forward, how about posting verifiable facts supporting Trump's so called achievements to date, most of which are in fact eroding the credibility of the USA, vilifying minorities, long term damage to the environment, economic damage to his base and so on.

A President should be judged on his verifiable actions, not by having to second his rhetoric, U Turns, putting up with his blatant lies and misinformation, all of which are extremely dangerous for the stability of the USA, US allies and the world. Now contrary to his campaign promises loud speaker signalling military actions against North Korea - what a great leader - not!

The problem with addressing a comment is that you have no idea what I was addressing. The credibility of the USA declined during the Obama era. We remember him drawing lines in the sand and then backing up some more. Remember when the Chinese snubbed him when he arrived in China for the G20. He had to scurry out the back of the plane because the Chinese didn't even present him with stairs and the red carpet. And he just played it off. It's your right to see things through your own twisted view of things but don't insult others for not following suit. My view of Obama is that he was a joke to the rest of the world.
