It appears that this person wasn't involved at all, other pictures of the victim have been posted. BTW, I am in Ban Chang at the minute for work and everything appears to be normal................ In the end, its Thailand who caters to these foreign low-lives by allowing the exploitation of their own young women for the sake of a baht. Your system and reputation for cheap easy sex with young girls creates the opportunity for these scumbags to act like this.
