If your purchasing an existing condo with a foreigner freehold title deed the process is the simplist with the least amount of risk. I used an attorney the first time around, and then bought and sold without one. 

I know a highly qualified accountant who also has a in house lawyer

Her business is located in Chalong, has handled all my business here and is very good at what she does

Also  cheaper than a law firm with better service from my experience
