Android/Kodi Fixer available?

Featured Replies

Android boxes with Kodi are great.  But they tend to need a lot of maintenance and sometimes major upgrades.

Is there any sho in BKK where someone will upgrade?  Or even by mail?

Tends to be cheaper to just go to a newer box, as the latest versions of Kodi require newer OS that might not be available for older boxes. If you've actually spurged for higher-end boxes like the Amazon Fire, Roku, or Nvidia Shield, then look for a dedicated forum that may post some easy-to-follow refresh tips and tricks.

There have been some changes as of late in the 3rd Party Kodi add-on space, with quite a few of the repositories calling it quits. It's becoming even more of a challenge for Kodi users to keep their boxes capable of tuning their desired streaming content.

Plenty of sellers of newly prepped equipment out there. Very few people offering services updating older units -- besides what's offered to DIYers on the dedictated forums.

I'm guessing you are referring to Kodi builds and maintaining those as usually Android apps update themselves. ? Why not install a Kodi maintenance program addon. Any build updates with latest streams available will then be updated by an automated build update. Best to have a box with Android 5 ++ as builds for lower ver of Kodi disappearing.

Personally I have found simplest less time consuming way is to pay for a cheap subscription IPTV service and Kodi will work with it for very long periods of time without tinkering so much.
