Is there a service agent you can recommend for changing a bike registration from Falung to Falung in Pattaya

Start at Mityon on the corner of 3rd Road and South Pattaya Road. 

Go there together and take care that you take the original green book, a prove of address (Work-permit or Certificate of Residence), passports.

If you want smooth buy  & sell signatures etc then both parties should be there with both Certificate of Residence & passports.
