Start at Mityon on the corner of 3rd Road and South Pattaya Road. 

Go there together and take care that you take the original green book, a prove of address (Work-permit or Certificate of Residence), passports.

Thank you - is it normal that both parties have to go together

If you want smooth buy  & sell signatures etc then both parties should be there with both Certificate of Residence & passports.
