Is this a hack?

Featured Replies

Hi there

a friend sent a link to a movie about Tony Blair

https://gomovies.co/movie/the-killing-of-tony-blair/?watching=CSLgieMzuc

I don't have reason to believe it as a fake email like a phishing attempt as this is the sort of political link this friend might send.

A screen appeared, and I pressed go without even checking the website.
Here is a screenshot of what it then jumped to.....is it suspicious?

(I did not press OK I rebooted)

Thought so.....thanks RIJB!

While we're at it......an annoyance.....am I missing something or are Apple thick?

I put the screenshot in photos.

When I wrote the post I then went to CHOOSE FILES below.

a drop down appears on safari and I click photos.

Here's the problem

The photos one wants are usually, or nearly always, at the bottom of the scroll down.......but one has to start at the oldest pics and scroll, and it can be a long way if one has thousands of photos. And one often has to do it repeatedly.
Why doesn't OSX start the other way up with th photo choice, or is there a way to invert it?

thanks

Click on any column header (name, date, kind, etc.) within the dropdown, to re-sort the list from ascending to descending (and vice versa).

Or open a Finder window next to Safari and drag/drop the file into the shaded part of the TVF reply box.

OK gonna try now.........

Hmmm as I thought RIJB no headers to invert order.

Yes I know i can drag and drop but I use the "normal" way quite a lot not only with Thaivisa, and find scrolling multiple times rather aggravating.....

Hmmm.......

ps clicked a pic of Johnny rotten anyway was gonna send you a pretty girl but too much scrolling!! :)

There are 4 view options on the top left of the finder window.  Only the second view option has column headers that can be sorted.

Thanks for the pic, I think.

Yes Im afraid those views get greyed out for photos.

Maybe I'll check into this on MacRumors

How are you getting to 'photos'?  Do you mean 'Pictures' under favorites, in the Finder window?
