Donald John Trump is the 45th President of the United States of America.  He is the Commander in Chief.  He owns the Generals and everyone who is on active duty or subject to being called to active duty.  You seem to be having difficulty understanding long-standing concepts in law and war.

You have now more than once claimed that Trump dodged the draft.

Do tell us all how he did that.

Be specific.

We are all waiting for you to show us that you can make a valid point.

Do not feed the trolls. Ignore him.

Careful who you call a nut.  Your picture shows a Trump doll.  You seem to be so affected and upset by Trump that you would take on the picture of him.  I have seen your performances in other threads and you have a history of making accusations and then when challenged, you conveniently claim you have no responsibility to back up your claim.  That is certainly convenient, but cowardly.

Who is the troll?  You for making baiting claims or me for asking you to back them up with at least one fact.

Probably the one who says : "Real men and women who wants to defend their country", the one who tends to be borderline homophobic and never answer the questions asked...or maybe you re just pro LGBT and are just joking, as your profile pic and name may suggest!

Trump said he was the most supportive president of the LGBT cause in POTUS History, we can clearly see he lied.

I would like you to answer the question which was asked to you previously. : as you stated you don't want tax payer money to be for transgenders, do you agree to spend tax money on Golf weekends by Trump?

On a side note it is hilarious to see someone like you who sounds more and more homophobic and anti-lgbt using the name Uncle Fester and such picture, as the actor was openly gay!

Uncle Fester was gay? Jackie Coogan? Married to Betty Grable, making him the envy of every serviceman in WW2. Or Uncle Fester MK2 or 3?

Slightly OT, apologies.

There isn't a legal definition of "Draft dodger" but Trump "deferred" 4 times then was rejected for heel spurs.

They say that tax evasion is illegal but tax avoidance is not. Certainly seems that he avoided the draft.

"After his comments about McCain, Trump said it had to do with bone spurs in his heels.

"Trump reportedly was active in college sports, playing baseball, tennis and squash."

"Trump had the opportunity to volunteer and the record speaks for itself that he did not."

1966:

Trump’s previous deferment expired and he was reclassified 1-A (available for military service) on 22 November 1966."

1968:

"Trump received his fourth and final college deferment on 16 January 1968. After graduating from Wharton, he was reclassified 1-A on 9 July 1968."

"According to a statement from the Trump campaign, the 1-Y classification stemmed from Trump’s having bone spurs in both heels."

Trump built his support base on racism, homophobia and moronic red-necks so lets not be surprised by the response from the Trumpsters.

Yep, this is all politics.

trump has no attention span. That's well documented.

He understands military policy as much as he understands health care policy. Not at all.

The Selective Service records that remain in the National Archives — many have been discarded — do not specify what medical condition exempted Mr. Trump from military service.

Mr. Trump has described the condition as heel spurs, which are protrusions caused by calcium built up on the heel bone, treated through stretching, orthotics or sometimes surgery.

Mr. Trump said that he could not recall exactly when he was no longer bothered by the spurs, but that he had not had an operation for the problem.

“Over a period of time, it healed up,” he said.

I too had heel spurs from playing too much racquetball.  I never had surgery but mine cleared up over time.  A deferment is legal.  So how is it draft dodging?

I seek truth. I seek information that does not resemble #fakenews.

"I seek truth"

Then acknowledge these truths:

Trump tweeted he consulted with the generals — he didn't. The Pentagon was unaware.

Tump said that transgender in the military entail "tremendous medical cost" — it doesn't. It costs one tenth of what the taxpayers pay for his own golfing forays which benefit his own businesses.

During the campaign, Trump said he would protect LGBTQ rights. What he's doing is the opposite of that.

There's your truth. Happy now?

Army people, the ones who go fighting , need to be real Men

Transgenders should join hospital segment of the army

The battle field is a place for Men with nuts , not a place for people with nuts either added or taken away

Have to admit this is a bonus, get the drainers out of the military, they cost too much. What I wanted from President Trump was a conservative Supreme Court for the future, so far I'm happy - yes the youth are more conservative than our generation.

A positive day for America.

Are you just making stuff up?

"The body is capable of resorbing a spur, however it does not happen since the tension and pressure that caused it to form may be controlled, but it is not gone completely."

"The only way for a spur to be completely removed is with surgery."

http://www.tanglewoodfootspecialists.com/faqs/can-a-bone-spur-go-away-without-surgery.cfm

"The physical therapy is not able to remove bone spurs, but it can help with some of the symptoms related to them."

http://www.emedicinehealth.com/bone_spurs/page4_em.htm#what_are_treatment_options_for_a_bone_spur

https://www.rheumatology.org

Nice deflection. NOT.

:coffee1:

Worked for the inept one 'tho...

"In an interview with The New York Times this past month, Trump said the bone spurs had been “temporary” —

a “minor” malady that had not had a meaningful impact on him."

"He said he had visited a doctor who provided him a letter for the local draft board, which granted him the medical exemption, he could not remember the doctor’s name."

I believe the point is that people are ascribed roles in the military according to their skills/aptitude and preferences. Given the thousands of roles available, there should be a place available to everyone possessing the necessary qualifications ( after a competitive selection process); exclusion on the basis of sexual preference or gender indentication is just plain wrong...regardless of how you try to justify it.
