3BB - change initial password

Featured Replies

I have my own router and wish to change the initial password as provided by the ISP.

I am familiar on setting up and configuring my router but for the life of me, I can't find relevant details on 3BB's website to confirm my intended change. Any hlep most welcome.

Do you mean the router admin password or the wifi password or the internet connection password?

Depending on where and when the account was established and thus where the router was initially configured, 3BB routers may have one of two log in credentials.

Username: admin

Password: 3bb

or

Username: admin

Password: Last 4 digits of the device MAC address which should be on a sticker on the back of the device (in lower case where applicable).

I was referring to PPPoe Settings in Internet Setup; The issue is resolved.

It's my own router. The "Initial Password" is provided by the ISP.
Never mind, the issue is resolved.
