Yes I can under it being dirty after a festival but this is like it all the time now and been like it for over three month. They are trying to make Pattaya and it,s beach a place where you can take your family but how eont to go to a beach that,s alwasy covered in crap, plastic bags and died fish allover the place. And mow they are saying thst the number of people coming to Pattaya is on the rise. 

So where are they nit on the beach thsts for sure.
