Very surprised, but don't seem to be able to do the 90 day report online.

Is Sakon Nakon immigration up and running?

Can you get there Ok from Kuchinari?

Thanks

I did mine online last week but after 3 days it was still "pending" so I phoned the office and asked them to approve. The lady that answered did not speak much english and said "one moment" but after several minutes waiting I gave up. I phoned them three times with the same result so I gave up (canceled the online application) and went to the post office and sent it (together with copies of passport). I have sent it by post several times and it works. I think it is enough with one two hours trip to Sakon Nakhon (for the extension) every year...

Sounds like you are not able to successfully enter the data?

Getting error messages?

This would not be dependent on your immigration office.

Have you successfully used the system in the past?

The case described in post #2 indeed sounds like it is dependent on the office.

Some are known to be incapable or unwilling to do.

I move this to the Thai visa forum.

Also as I don't know about the current status of the system.

Thanks Khun BENQ, but it's sorted.

Seems like immigration haven't migrated their IT to an updated internet explorer.

I thought internet Edge would work, but went back to my old computer with explorer 10 or 11 and it worked.

Edge has never worked on the website. You can select to use IE on the settings dropdown menu.

Or run IE on windows 10. You can find IE on  the latest version under Windows accessories on the start menu.

Thanks ubonjoe.

Offhand I can't remember what version windows i have, but when I tried to download IE it said not compatible with my system.
I'll investigate further.
