Any advice on best place/rate to exchange HKD into USD in Phnom Penh?

There is a money changer on one of the roads circling Phsar Thmei that I use for changing Thai baht and has good rates, unfortunately I forget the name but there are several there so go and compare. They are dual gold shops/money changers.
