August 25, 20178 yr I need a chest x-ray and blood work for heart kidney liver. Best place to go? Any special promotions now to cover all this and maybe even more? Then I will need to see the best doctor. I have a great Dr but he is in Bangkok. I have SS but that is for Shatahip. So please: Who is the best internist in pattaya? Who is the best internist at shatahip? Thank you kindly.
August 25, 20178 yr Best doctor for what condition? And when you say your SS is at Sattahip, is that at Queen Sirikit? You can get blood work done inexpensively at this lab in Pattaya http://lifecare.siam2web.com/ Liver & kidney blood work would be creatnine, BUN, AST/ALT and perhaps bilirubin. What do you mean by "blood work for heart" ? (The lab will not know either). But lab cannot do a chest Xray. Why is a chest Xray needed? I could assist much better if I knew what your problem was. If no problem just want a check up then please specify your age and medical history as it make sa difference to what tests would be indicated.
August 26, 20178 yr Author 1-Yes Queen Sirikit 2-By heart I think my doc meant fat levels and basic blood work. 3-I was having pain near around the heart and lungs underneath the ribs especially in the back when getting a massage, therefore the x-ray was requested. I actually identified the problem myself I am suffering from benzodiazpeen overdose. Stuck between a rock and a hard place and need to function. If I take the colonipine I feel terribly sick with a zillion symptoms. When I stop, ALL the symptoms subside but withdrawal kicks in. Terrible shaking and sweating, cant focus, cant sleep, ect. I NEED to get more sleep. I tried to taper down but my body is being poisoned by even .25 mg so I have given up on tapering. Suffering from extreme exhaustion as it is impossible to sleep or sleep 3-4 hours at most a day. Any advice or suggestions or just ride out the withdrawal? Doc says takes about a week and to exercise for better sleep, so I do it. I could switch to small doses of xanax or valium but ultimately, as they have faster half lives, the withdrawal kicks in sooner. I could check the hospital web sites for specials as a check up may be in order and thanks for the clinic suggestion. I am pretty sure I identified the issue, now have to get through it. Thank you so very much.
August 26, 20178 yr Author These are still valid questions for future reference as unfortunately I am not growing any younger: Who are the best internists/GP's in pattaya? Who are the best internists/GP's at Queen Sirikit?
August 27, 20178 yr Author Clarification: it is not Clonazepam over dose, it is more like Clonazepam poisoning.
August 27, 20178 yr There is no one best internists. Medicine in Thailand is highly specialized and it will depend on the problem. GPs tend not to be very good here. I know only a handful I would recommend and none are in Pattaya. You can get all the blood work you need plus chest xray for 6000 baht here http://www.pih-inter.com/check-up-programs.html Or for less at Phayathai Sir Racha (maybe half that) but of course farther to travel For help in tapering off clonazepam and dealing with the physical symptoms you should see a doctor specializing in it. This one at Bumrungrad is excellent https://www.bumrungrad.com/doctors/Pichai-Saengcharnchai He has assisted many TV members
