Is the area and the building safe?

Keep in mind that is where they have the weekend market every Friday,Sat, Sunday night.      It gets pretty congested at that time and a bit of a hassle if you have a car.     The price looks pretty good.

Don't know, but it has been fully repainted just a few years back;

It's a rather good sign of good condo management. :)
